HKCBA Hong Kong Connection Gala (2014)
Situation: The Hong Kong Connection Gala is the Association's annual signature event since its founding in 1984. The board of directors would like to make 2014 a premier event, using it as a 30th anniversary celebration.
Challenge: Event attendance has steadily decreased in recent years due to inability to deliver quality client experience.
Result: The 2014 event was an integrated marketing program which included a refresh of the event's brand identity, consistent visual identity application in all marketing materials and alignment between key messages and visual elements. The event improved on its content by having a joint award program with its partner HKETO which helped increase media awarness.
Deloitte Booth at Collaborate Conference (2011)
Situation: Deloitte was seeing a gradual increase of attendees from its target audience group at annual this event. Thus, it needed to have a greater booth presence in the exhibit hall.
Challenge: Because the event was much smaller in scale compared to Oracle's annual signature event, there was less funding allocated for an update in booth design.
Result: A new booth was developed using design elements that generate great impact without breaking the budget. Deloitte was awarded the best booth by the conference's board of directors at its debut conference in 2011.
